À propos
Ludivine, wellness coach and sound artist, invites you to enjoy a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating sound experience.
It's an experience accessible to all, requiring no concentration or particular effort: just lie back, listen, and let yourself be carried away by sounds such as the voice and sound therapy instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drum, tubalophone, tongue drum, kalimba, and so on
Unlike guided relaxation, the sound journey is based above all on listening. There's nothing to do, nothing to understand, nothing to achieve: simply welcome the sounds, feel their presence, and let your body find its own inner rhythm.
?
You will explore the sounds you make, as well as the sounds you perceive, hear, listen to and feel. A few movements will prepare your body to welcome the vibrations.
?
As the sounds unfold, brain activity naturally slows down.
Brain waves shift from beta rhythms (active wakefulness) to alpha rhythms (calm, reverie) and then sometimes theta (meditative state).
This shift relaxes the nervous system, slows breathing and regulates heart rate.
When practiced regularly, sound relaxation helps to maintain overall, lasting balance, improves sleep and boosts vitality.
The benefits
- Deep relaxation
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Soothing of the nervous system
- Emotional release
- Mental clarity
- Improved quality of sleep
- Reduced muscular tension
- Pain relief (headaches, backaches)
Small group of 3 people
When ? 2 times a month, on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings.
BOOKING ESSENTIAL
Contraindications :
Sound relaxation is for everyone, young and old. There are very few contraindications, but as a precaution, it is not recommended in cases of pregnancy (1st and last trimester), pacemaker use, epilepsy or unstabilized psychiatric disorders.
Important: sound relaxation is not a substitute for medical treatment. For any problems or pathologies, please consult your doctor.
