Held at the Brasserie du Lycée, the training restaurant of the Lycée des Métiers Yvon Bourges, this lunch showcases the expertise, creativity and commitment of students in the hotel industry under the watchful eye of their teachers.
Organized by the "Mémoire et Santé" association and the Lycée hôtelier Yvon Bourges.
