Situated on the left bank of the blue city, you can reach the ferry, a small mythical boat, which takes you to the heart of the Ville-Close after crossing the small channel! An experience not to be missed!
It's close to the sea (Cabellou beaches 5 minutes away by car), the greenway and close to the center of Concarneau (5 minutes away by car).
The house features :

on the first floor, a spacious, bright living room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. The fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto a scullery, and is equipped with all the essentials! There's also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a toilet.
upstairs are 2 further bedrooms (with double beds) and a bathroom (shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet)
For your convenience, free parking spaces are located in front of the house (possibility of parking 3 cars).
