In a small hamlet 2 km from Auxonne, the tastefully renovated "Au Charme de la Cour" gîte, near the owner's house, offers: first floor: 1 fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, with pellet stove, 1 laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 living room with good-quality sofa-bed offering 2 extra beds (29 ?/night/person), flat-screen TV (Netflix) WIFI, open-plan shower room with shower, washbasin, separate WC, 3-seater SPA. 2nd floor, under mezzanine (access via a staircase secured by a rope - not suitable for small children): 1 attic bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed.
Outside, beautiful 3.5 x 8 m heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter (depth: 1.40 m), open from early May to mid-September (weather permitting). Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge, numerous games (boules, rackets, etc.). Tumble dryer on request.
Enclosed garden. Private parking lot. Bicycles can be stored under cover. Stéphanie, the owner, a magnetizer, offers a range of massage treatments, foot reflexology etc... Breakfast and meals available on request. Cot and high chair available on request.
