A gigantic sheepfold in the Sainte-Maries-de-la-Mer countryside, converted into a "village hall" by Vincent Rouzaud and Antoine Simonnet: here, people sing and dance on Saturday evenings to the sound of gypsy guitars, enjoying a traditional Camargue feast. The leg of lamb and the bull sirloin are cooked on a spit or with string in the large fireplace. Atmosphere guaranteed. And no risk of disturbing the neighbours.
