Monique and Jean-Yves Forcioli created La Glacierie in 1980 in the tourist village of Les Saintes Maries de la Mer, before passing it on to their children. More than a hundred flavours of ice creams and sorbets will make you melt, some of them with a clever Provencal touch, such as the calisson ice cream of Aix-en-Provence.
