This renovated old house is located in a hamlet, on a 1.5-hectare estate. On the first floor, it comprises a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds), a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs (staircase with high steps), you'll find an unenclosed attic bedroom with exposed beams (height: 1m65), equipped with a 140cm bed. There's a 22 m² private courtyard to the front and a 100 m² private landscaped area (garden furniture, barbecue, swing, slide) to the rear.
The entrance door to the gîte is low (1.76 m). Another gîte (H85G010071) and the owner's accommodation are on site.
Optional extras: Housekeeping package: 70€/stay; Sheet hire for 1 and 2 pers. 10?/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: 8?/pers./stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric heating on general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption - to be paid on site).
