Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: 60?/stay (100? for companies); Bed linen rental 12?/bed/week; Bathroom linen 8?/pers./stay.
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating: general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption, excess to be paid on site to the owners): to be paid on site.
