In the heart of nature, 10 km from downtown Le Mans, close to the Bois de l'Epau and its abbey, well-equipped self-catering cottage.
Living room with fully-equipped kitchen (steam oven, gas hob, coffee machine, wine cellar, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer...). Dining/living area with 2-seater sofa bed, flat-screen TV, wifi, wood-burning stove.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), another bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm).
2 separate toilets.
2 bathrooms with bath and large Italian shower, 2 basins.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms with 4 90cm beds.
Electric heating included.
Bed linen hire extra: 10? per person.
Garden furniture, barbecue, courtyard, pétanque court. Enclosed barn with space for bikes or motorcycles.
Hiking on site.
Compulsory cleaning charge: 60 euros.
