Le Gîte de la Source is a typical Pornic townhouse with a small garden, semi-detached on one side, ideally located 150 m from the old port (town center), 600 m from the beach and thalasso, and close to all shops/restaurants/entertainments (within walking distance).
Wooden terrace of 25 m² and enclosed garden of 70 m² (access by 6 steps) with electric barbecue (charcoal not permitted).
Ground floor: living room with oak parquet flooring and open-plan kitchen, 1 shower room and laundry room/WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1-2: bed 140x190, 3: 2 bunk beds 90x190) and small shower room.
Additional equipment: baby equipment (cot with real mattress, high chair, changing mat, potty, etc.), fiber-optic internet box, foreign channels, radio/CD, washing machine and dryer.
Included: electricity, central heating.
Not included: compulsory cleaning service (80?), optional linen kit (sheets and towels).
No private parking, but free street parking next door. Weekly rental only.
