Between land and sea, Taormina is a seaside gîte, located 50 m from the beach, 500 m from the salt marshes, in a calm environment, in the heart of a small family seaside resort, 14 km from Guérande, 20 km from La Baule and 1 h from the Gulf and islands of Morbihan. All within walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants, market, sailing school...).
It is part of the owners' house (totally independent entrance), and has a 14 m² private wooden terrace and a 30 m² enclosed garden (south-facing).

Ground floor: bright living/dining room with open-plan kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 with porthole window (1: bed 140x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190) and shower room/wc.
