Established for over 40 years in Capdenac, we took over the Dournes Espinaco farm and production in 2016. It's a family farm specializing in the production of goat's milk cheeses.
We offer our products to all types of customers: shops, restaurants, cheese shops, street vendors, individuals?
We work as a couple on our farm in Capdenac, where we have taken over the cheese range. We've travelled the length and breadth of France, particularly the Lot, which has enabled us to discover the best cheeses and develop our expertise.
Our commitment is to offer you quality products and to share our passion with you.
