LA POINTE COURTE I

This bright vacation rental for 4 people is located on the ground floor of a charming house in the narrow streets of the Pointe Courte neighborhood.
You’ll enjoy a traditional kitchen-dining room with a table and all the kitchen essentials (oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment). You can also relax in a cozy, traditional living room with a sofa (as well as a possible extra sleeping arrangement—a single rollaway bed) and a large table.
The cottage also features two adjoining bedrooms, each sleeping two people; the first has two 90x200 cm bunk beds, and the second has a double bed (140x190 cm). Finally, it features a bathroom with a shower, a sink with a mirror, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with a reliable internet connection suitable for remote work and video conferencing.

Tourist attractions:
- Walks through the shaded alleyways of the traditional neighborhood (canal and small harbor); direct access to the town, its fishing port, and marina; a prime view of Mont-Saint-Clair.
- Sète, the Etang de Thau, and the entire nearby coastline offer a variety of sports, water sports, and maritime activities (swimming, sailing, canoeing, fishing, aquatic center, fitness center, etc.)
- A city brimming with festivals, particularly those centered on maritime culture: jousting tournaments, “Escale à Sète” (a celebration of maritime traditions)...
- A cultural hub. The five museums, the Théâtre de la Mer, the Théâtre Molière, and the two movie theaters offer a diverse lineup of events.
- Beaches and activities at other seaside resorts (Balaruc, Bouzigues, Marseillan, M%E8ze), a visit to P%E9zenas—Moli%E8re’s hometown with its medieval alleyways, craft workshops and its traditional Saturday market, the bike path from Sète to Marseillan, Agde, and Béziers along the Canal du Midi, exploring Montpellier and its historic center, and, 40 km away, Lake Salagou and the Cirque de Mourèze
