Three double rooms are available in an old, refurbished building, each with a shared terrace overlooking the kitchen, where you can enjoy a local, homemade breakfast. You'll also enjoy a lovely communal living area with sofas and TV, a common room for continental breakfasts (pastries, homemade French toast, tea, coffee, fruit...), a kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer, and a toilet.
A lovely 24° heated swimming pool awaits you, with deckchairs all around and a small Riad-style outdoor lounge.
Bicycles are available for hire on site at an additional cost.
2 parking spaces are available on request and at an additional cost (10?/day).
A spa and sauna are also available on request for one-hour sessions, to be arranged with the owners.
Each room has a double bed (160*200), shower/wc, air conditioning, TV, toiletries, tea/coffee-making facilities and a private terrace overlooking the pool.
The gîte's location means you'll be within easy walking distance of the town of Sète. Take a stroll up Mont Saint Clair and admire the breathtaking views over Sète, Etang de Thau, the sea and the surrounding area.
Between the Mediterranean and Etang de Thau, you'll have a vast choice of swimming, water sports, boat trips...
For evening concerts, check out the program at the Théâtre de la Mer, an open-air theater with a magical view of the sea.
You can also reach the beaches and entertainment of nearby seaside resorts such as Balaruc, Marseillan and Agde.
Pézenas is just a few minutes away, with its medieval streets and craft stores.
For walking or cycling, you can take the Sète cycle path, which links Marseillan, Agde and Béziers along the Canal du Midi. - Bright double bedroom with bathroom (Italian shower and toilet).
