La Zézette de Sète was created by Gaston Bentata at the end of the 70's. This delicious biscuit is the fruit of an old "pied-noire" recipe perpetuated for several generations in his family.
The Zézette, with its elongated shape, is sprinkled with crystal sugar which makes its texture so special.
