It breathes, it is luminous, at La Coquerie, the kitchen is central, physically, gustatory, at the centre of all the attentions, it is fresh, greedy, tasty, friendly...

The galley is an intimate setting: because places are limited, but above all because it feels like home!
Intimate, but not intimidating, no fuss, we want to be welcoming: open kitchen, wine of friends, the meeting is made on the end of the table, as in the hollow of the plate.
