Since 2019, I pick and transform wild plants from Herault into syrups, herbal teas, condiments and jellies. From picking to sale, all of my production is artisanal and local, and the ingredients. I use are organic (organic fruit sugar from Gard, Camargue salt ...). The plants are picked by hand, in plots under a picking agreement, where I can ensure the absence of treatments and other pollution. T
