CRAQUELINE

Craqueline is an artisan patisserie specializing in cream puff crackers and choux pastries. We offer a variety of flavors: vanilla, chocolate, lemon/yuzu, salted butter caramel... The Saint Honoré is also given pride of place, in its classic form and revisited according to the chef's whims! Our delicacies are straightforward and not too sweet.

We are committed to local, sustainable and responsible consumption. That's why we work with local producers (flour from Moulin de Sauret, eggs from Pic Saint Loup, BB Kombucha, Si Bio fruit juices...), and with Valrhona, located in France. It's important for us to work with seasonal produce.
At Craqueline, we limit the use of plastic, using cardboard boxes and paper bags. There are no plastic bottles in the store, only drinks in glass bottles, and our takeaway cups are made of cardboard. We also encourage our customers to bring their own packaging
