The Chai du Clapas is an urban winery. I vinify in Montpellier the grapes harvested from my vineyards in Le Pouget. You can buy wine in bulk, in your own containers, or taste it on site, accompanied by charcuterie from the "Barons des Cévennes" pigs, products from the Salagou cheese dairy in Lodève or tapenades from the Clermont l'Hérault cooperative.
