DOMAINE STELLA NOVA

Located in Les Caux, near Pézenas, Domaine Stella Nova was founded in 2002.
Covering an area of 10 hectares, the vineyard offers a wide variety of terroirs. Set between the Villafranchian gravel terraces—where gravelly clay and basalt intermingle—and the terraces of white clay-loam soil, the vineyard is ideal for Languedoc grape varieties.
The diverse mix of grape varieties consists of traditional varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Clairette du Languedoc... The vineyard’s manageable size allows for biodynamic cultivation, thereby promoting the ecological balance of the soil and the quality of the fruit.
