On the first floor, you'll have access to a spacious living/dining area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, appliances...). Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is on hand! This space opens onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
There's also a bedroom on the first floor (160x190) and a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, you'll find 1 bright bedroom with sea views and access to the balcony (with a 160x200 bed).
A separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub are also on this floor.
Easy parking is available alongside the house for 2 cars. You'll also have access to a garage where bicycles are available, and a laundry area with washing machine. Cool floor and WIFI.
Sheets and towels are optional:
