Situated in Cap d'Agde in the Hérault department, in a very quiet area, this house is an ideal starting point for discovering a rich and varied region. Between beaches, lively ports and historical heritage, you'll enjoy a well-balanced stay between relaxation and discovery. Just a few minutes away, Agde reveals its ancient volcanic stone center, while the banks of the Hérault invite you to take a stroll. A little further afield, the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the surrounding vineyards enrich your Languedoc getaway.
Designed to accommodate 4 people, this house offers a simple, functional atmosphere, perfectly suited to family vacations.
On the first floor, you'll find a separate kitchen equipped with two hotplates, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer.
The living room, also on the first floor, features a sofa, coffee table and 2 folding dining tables, allowing you to adapt the space to your needs.
A bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet complete this level.
The night area comprises :
Bedroom 1 on the first floor with two 80 x 190 single beds, surface area 10.5 m2
Bedroom 2 upstairs with double bed (140x190), 14 m2
Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded patio with dining table, chairs and barbecue, as well as a private, enclosed garden with alarmed private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.
A paddleboard is at your disposal, as well as 2 adult bikes and a teenager bike.
You'll be close to the International Tennis Club (rackets and balls are available)!
A boulodrome is just a few steps from the house (boules available).
The allée Cavalière takes you down to the beach in 15 minutes on foot. Also ideal for walking pets.
The washing machine is in the garage.
Parking is easy in front of the house, on the street.
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
