After the entrance, you'll find yourself in the living area, which includes a living room with TV, opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker, etc.).
This bright living space gives access to the terrace with garden furniture and a corner for reading or relaxing.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower and private washing machine, the separate WC and finally the bedroom with double bed (140cm).
Upstairs is a second bedroom with a double bed (140). Access to this second bedroom is via a steep staircase, less suitable for the elderly or physically challenged, or for small children.
The upstairs bedroom has a velux window and no air-conditioning, only a fan.
However, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people.
One parking space is available inside the residence. Free public parking is available opposite the residence. Accommodation close to all amenities (pharmacy, restaurant, grocery store, etc.) within a 5/10 minute walk, and to the sea.
Sheets and towels are optional, but cleaning is included in the price.
