Treat yourself to an oxygenating winter interlude, alone, with friends or family, with a guided snowshoe hike from Lourdes, starting at age 9, to discover the most beautiful natural areas of the Pyrenees.
Guaranteed departure every Wednesday.
ON THE PROGRAM :
1:00 pm - Departure from Lourdes
Departure point: Place Capdevielle bus station
6:30pm - return to Lourdes
Depending on the weather, you will be offered different options for choosing the ideal site: Hautacam, Col du Soulor, Pont d?Espagne or Cirque de Gavarnie.
Spend an afternoon on snowshoes discovering the unspoilt environment of the Pyrenees National Park and learning how to observe the fauna, flora and animal tracks in winter.
Equipment required: mountain jacket, technical under-layer (fleece or merino), mountain boots, gloves, rucksack (approx. 25 liters), water (1.5 liters), sunglasses, sun cream, energy bars....
