Origine Aude offers a wide choice of preserves, sweet and savoury cookies, juices and nectars, vinegars, mustards, olives and olive oils, rice and farmhouse pasta, with a fine range of Pays Cathare products alongside a selection of wines from the terroirs of La Clape, beers from Gruissan and the unmissable Cabanel liqueurs. On the outdoor terrace facing the seafront, you can enjoy the products purchased in the store, and meet the producers who offer tastings from time to time.
