MAISON IDA

Perched on a promontory, Montréal is a typical medieval village of the Cathar region, right in the heart of the Aude department. Its Gothic collegiate church of Saint-Vincent overlooks the village and the rolling landscapes of the Lauragais.
Just 20 minutes away, discover the famous City of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Go hiking or biking through vineyards, fields, and pine forests.
Wine lovers will be charmed by the local wineries of the Malépère appellation.
Nearby, the Canal du Midi offers peaceful boat rides or bike tours.
In the summer, the village comes alive with markets, concerts, and traditional festivals. True to the gastronomy of the South: cassoulet, wines, foie gras, and local specialties take center stage.
Montréal is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Cathar castles.
After your walks, you can relax by the private pool (7 x 3, depth 1.50m) and enjoy beautiful summer evenings on the terrace while gazing at the Pyrenees.
