LA RÉSIDENCE DE GÉRARD - ELIS

You'll feel the grandeur of this estate and its 300 years of history. Ideally located in the charming village of Montréal, you’ll be just 25 minutes from the famous city of Carcassonne and Castelnaudary, the world capital of cassoulet.

On-site, you can enjoy a completely relaxing stay thanks to the heated pool (3x8x1.50m), open from April through early October. Peace and quiet are guaranteed thanks to the serene surroundings; you’ll enjoy the garden and the terrace, where you’ll have a magnificent panoramic view from above.

The guesthouse features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own charm and personalized decor, named in honor of distinguished women who lived in Montreal during the Middle Ages: Bra%EFda, Elis, and Fauressa.

The largest suite, Fauressa, features a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet; it is located at the backof the house, with a breathtaking view of the 12th-century church and the valley, with the Pyrenees in the distance—a feature that makes this room truly unique.

The second suite, Bra%EFda, also features a king-size bed and a very spacious bathroom (with an XL double tub and toilet), and offers a view of the square.

Finally, the Elis suite features a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds; the bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Towels and toiletries are provided, along with a hair dryer; a TV with a DVD player is available upon request.
A continental breakfast is included for two people.

Public parking is 50 meters away, where you can always find a spot.
