Launched in 2016, Brasserie à 4 Temps shows its colors: traditional and canaille dishes sublimated by chef Franck Putelat's touch, in a chic brasserie atmosphere with red velvet banquettes, bistro tables and its large shaded terrace.
The menu, which is renewed each season, offers a variety of menus and tapas to share, while the brasserie brilliantly revisits some of the region's classics, including of course the Carcassonne cassoulet, to create even more gourmet dishes.
Continuous service for the 4 times of the day: from breakfast to lunch, not forgetting afternoon tea and dinner, the menu is a synthesis of bistronomy with authentic, gourmet dishes.
Not to mention a fine selection of Languedoc and Roussillon wines.
