Le Vert Galant

Our brasserie faces one of the most beautiful terraces on the Boulevard des Pyrénées.
After ten years on the East Coast, their experience in the restaurant business and a desire to return to their roots led them to settle in Pau. Local products are given pride of place in the bruschettas, homemade pizzas, salads and ice cream sundaes. For lunch and dinner, Romain and Andréa offer daily specials such as lasagne, croque-monsieur and omelettes, for a simple, healthy meal. The bar offers a choice of drinks and cocktails, and for sports fans, there are regular match replays.
