At Nuance, Mother Nature is our only boss, and every day we adapt our creations according to the harvests of our committed growers. We work in an eco-responsible way: no single-use plastic, controlled energy impact, use of eco-label products and recycled paper. Having met on the benches of the Ferrandi Paris school, Brice and Margaux form a complementary pair both at work and in daily life. The Nuance restaurant was born of their passion and their shared vision of gastronomy.
