The wave-ski (kayak surfing) is practiced sitting down, it is a discipline easy to access to familiarize yourself with the sensations of gliding. The grip of the wave and the displacement is facilitated thanks to the paddle, unlike surfing where you move forward only with the strength of your arms. It is a practice accessible to the greatest number of people for adults and children (by reservation only).
