Jetée Thiers

146.5 meters long, the Thiers Pier, built in 1903 and rebuilt in 2004, is the place to go for a walk in Arcachon, conducive to daydreaming, and the gathering place for the celebrations of July 14 and August 15. The Thiers pier is also the starting point for boat trips to discover the Bay of Arcachon (with the bird island, the cabins tchanquées, oyster parks, fishing villages, the dune du Pilat, the Banc d'Arguin) and the shuttles of the Transbassin.
