La Chèvrerie du Bouc'ay is an 8-hectare meadow farm with 60 dairy goats. I look after the well-being of my goats while offering the best products and quality. You'll discover fresh cheeses, fresh with spices, creamy, semi-dry, dry, ashy logs, yogurts, raw milk, goat's milk faisselles, as well as camembert, tomme and Saint Nectaire-style tommette. All cheese production is sold on site or at local markets.
