"Houston, we've got a problem" was the phrase that startled the men monitoring a routine flight of the "Apollo 13" spacecraft from NASA's control room at 9:07pm on April 13, 1970. One of the oxygen tanks had just exploded at the 55th hour of the flight, 205,000 miles from Earth.
