À propos
The Palais de l'Élysée in Paris, formerly owned by the Marquise de Pompadour, was renamed in 1797. Transformed over time, it even hosted popular balls under the Duchesse de Bourbon. Today, it houses the headquarters of the French President at 55 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. A true architectural gem, with its salons, library, dining room and garden, the Palais de l'Élysée is a must-see during the European Heritage Days.
