The Musée Cognacq-Jay, in the Marais district of Paris, plunges us into the atmosphere of the Age of Enlightenment. Housed in a 16th-century mansion, it displays 18th-century treasures: paintings by Boucher, Chardin and Fragonard, sketches by Watteau, sculptures, furniture, jewelry and Saxon porcelain.
