Located in the old Fort Mahon, on a 3500 m² plot with trees and greenery, each gîte has its own private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers.
- Le goéland 40 m² comprises a bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
- La mouette 55 m² comprises two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a closed king-size bed 180 x 200 and the second with two open beds 90 x 200 (can be modulated).
On the ground floor are the fully-equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
- La sterne 55 m² comprises two bedrooms on the first floor, one closed with a 180 x 200 king-size bed and the second open with two 90 x 200 beds (which can be converted).
On the garden level is a living room with fitted kitchen and lounge, a shower room with Italian shower and washbasin, separate WC, dressing room and storage space.
- Le gravelot 80 m² comprises a large living and dining room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two with king-size beds (180 x 200) and one for children with a cabin bed (max. 14 years) and a single bed (90 x 190), a bathroom with double washbasin and Italian shower and a separate toilet.
All gîtes are equipped with flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio CD player, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, standard and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, etc.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Mountain bikes and VTCs for the whole family and a trailer for the little ones are available for guests to share.
We also offer baby equipment including bed, high chair, bathtub and changing table.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, cash and vacation vouchers.
The gîtes are non-smoking.
Our 4-legged friends are accepted under reserve.
Our rates include charges for water, electricity, gas, tourist tax and bed linen (bed made on arrival)
Prices are from 150 ? to 350 ? for two nights, from 330 to 595 ? for a week in low season, from 380 to 695 ? for a week in mid season and from 450 to 895 ? for a week in high season.
Low season: Excluding school vacations, weekends and public holidays, and excluding May-June and September.
Mid-season: Short school vacations, weekends, May, June and September.
High season: July, August, Ascension Day, Pentecost, May 1 and May 8.
