Established in 2006, the BENC agency was created in 2013, and focuses on the creation of contemporary single-family homes (renovation, extension, elevation, new construction) as well as grouped housing, and public buildings (collective housing, nurseries, schools, etc.)

Drawing on its extensive experience, the BENC agency has developed expertise in wood construction (timber frames, wood panels, CLT, etc.) and high-performance construction (BBC, passive houses, RT2012 from -30% to -50%), as well as in the design and optimization of urban and rural development sites (soft densification, Bimby, etc.). For several years now, the BENC agency has been developing an architectural philosophy that takes well-being, comfort and innovation into account, in order to meet the new architectural challenges and spatial requirements of our time, while taking into account the technical and economic aspects of each project.

To date, the BENC agency?s activities have focused on small-budget projects for property developers (investors) over a wide area (the Boulonnais region, the Opal Coast, Northern Picardy, the Audomarois region, etc.), enabling a local, high-quality approach and follow-up of operations.
