* Full management - 7% excl. tax (10% incl. VAT) :
* We take care of the complete management of your property.
* Creation and publication of adverts, scheduling, contact with tenants, preparation of accommodation, reception/departure, emergency interventions and cleaning.
* Cleaning costs are borne by tenants at the time of booking, generating additional income for the concierge.
* Access to proprietary software for only 50? Excl. VAT/month.
Additional services :
* Linen rental available for tenants, facilitating their stay.

From now on, Conciergerie Leroy will take over the management of deposits, offering you a faster, more efficient solution in the event of a problem. You can take advantage of this option for only 15? Excl. VAT per month per apartment.
