La ferme des Plombes has been a family farm for several generations. Come and discover our farm products and visit our pretty farm perched on the heights of Xonrupt with a magnificent view of the Hohneck. You will be able to understand the life of the rural world, the jobs of the farm, its human and economic activities. The reasoned breeding and the respect of the environment are our priority
Our cheeses are made from the milk of our cows fed on grass and mountain hay.
Individually or in small groups, with free access during the opening hours, you can discover the farm and all the activities of the farm: breeding, productions, techniques used... You will participate, live, in the life of today's agricultural world.
You will be able to see the cheese dairy through picture windows from the shop where you will find our different products.
We are present every Thursday and Saturday morning on the market of Gérardmer.
