The Musée du Bois, a sawmill on the water, presents a fine collection of antique tools and machines used in the woodworking and forestry trades. The highlight of the exhibition is the "Haut-Fer", a vertical saw in perfect working order. Hydraulic power drives a 4.20 m diameter bucket wheel, which drives the "Haut-Fer". Visits are guided, commented and illustrated, with demonstrations by knowledgeable guides.
