Chez Narcisse, located in Val d?Ajol in the Vosges, was founded in 1892 by Alfred Collot.
It's a long story that continues through the 5th generation.
The place has a singular history, thanks to its total independence and continuity within the founding family. Still in operation today, it features a café open every weekend, a performance hall, artistic residencies and home-brewed beers. The venue is home to the "Rock Live" association, which has been programming the venue's artistic seasons since 1986, and with which the "Le Pied Orange" festival is organized (July).
