Discover the soul of the Vosges through the unique handcrafted production of Apéritifs Insolites? Cuvées Vosgiennes. Drawing on inherited know-how and a passion for mountain nature, we create fermented beverages based on the fruits and wild plants of the Vosges. Our production techniques, inspired by the vinification of fine wines, replace grapes with rhubarb, raspberries, blueberries, elderflowers, fir buds, and our surprising specialty: hand-picked mountain hay.
