Gîte insolite du Château d'Eau

This former water tower dating from the first half of the 20th century was transformed by the town in 2015 into an unusual gîte 14m above ground. A spiral staircase leads up to the living area platform, kitchen and 360° circular terrace all around. It offers a breathtaking view of Phalsbourg, just a stone's throw from the Porte d'Allemagne. The bedroom is located under the mezzanine roof, accessed via a ladder from the kitchen. The view into the bedroom from your bed is equally impressive. An enchanting, original setting for a stay under the stars, opposite Einhartshausen Castle (1568), seat of the Count Palatine who founded the town.
