Hôtel de Burtaigne

📍 Metz, Moselle · 4 place des Charrons, 57000 Metz
À propos
The Hôtel de Burtaigne was built by the de Gournay family in the early 16th century. The medieval influence is still visible in the low, diamond-shaped roof, set back from the façade, and the small windows on the attic, the top floor. Nevertheless, its architecture is far removed from the Italian model and more in keeping with the French Renaissance.
Visible from the outside only.
