À propos
Young beekeeper, Olivier Hoffmann has always worked in farms, in contact with animals.
Son of a farmer, and grandson of a beekeeper, we can say that he was born with a honey spoon in his mouth! Gourmet and especially big consumer of honey, he reconverted in the beekeeping.
Today, Olivier has 600 hives spread between Rettel and Creutzwald, and has even created his own nursery in which he breeds 800 queens per year.
Lime, acacia, fir, forest... In total Olivier produces nine varieties of honey. Faithful to his traditional values, his products are not processed or manufactured: the production is 100% natural!
