Gîte de la Licorne

We offer this small, old but recently renovated 80m2 bungalow for seasonal rental. Located at the entrance to the old town, you'll be just a few steps from a small supermarket and a 5-minute walk from the town center with its shops and restaurants. Enjoy the charms of Saint-Mihiel, its heritage and walks along the banks of the Meuse. You'll be 40 min from Verdun, 15 min from Lac de Madine and 30 min from Bar-le-Duc.

The gîte has its own entrance via a walled garden. Free parking is available in front of the garden gate.

The bungalow sleeps 6, with the two bunk beds reserved for children. The garden level features a fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, a living room with a large sofa, a small desk and a TV (Netflix and unencrypted TNT channels), as well as wifi access. There's also a mini laundry room with water softener, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are the WC, a shower room with towel dryer, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden, and another with two single beds and two bunk beds overlooking our courtyard. Towels and bed linen are provided. Outside, there's a terrace area with table and chairs.

The pavilion is located on our property and we occupy the main house with the courtyard in the first photo, which is also our cabinet of artistic curiosities that you can visit if you wish.
