For 37 years, the House of Caffet has been leading the way to excellence in Chocolate and Pastry making, combining audacity and know-how.
A family history, the Pascal Caffet signature has its source in the historic heart of Troyes, when Lydie and Bernard Caffet, Pascal's parents, created a "chocolate shop" in 1979 to host their creations of pralines and ganaches. Pascal Caffet took over the chocolate factory in 1983 and expressed his talent there, in the service of his passion.
Constantly engaged in research and development, the House of Caffet cultivates its creativity around simple, sober, beautiful and above all perfectly balanced and good products, made with carefully selected raw materials. Its top-of-the-range chocolates and sweets come in annual collections, while its macaroons and biscuits, desserts and pastries reveal their exquisite flavours.
The House of Caffet holds its values of transmission, know-how and innovation high and strong. Since 2014, the label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) has crowned this exceptional skill, resulting from an ancestral process passed down from generation to generation, and the expertise of the Master Craftsman who created this renowned House in perpetual development.
