The Pavillon Nicolas de Ruinart, an emblematic venue dedicated to the art of living and discovering the heritage of Maison Ruinart, the world's oldest champagne house, founded in 1729.
The 1,400 m² stone, wood and glass building, designed by Japanese architect Sou Fijimoto, embodies the fusion of historical heritage and modernity, while paying tribute to the excellence of the champagnes and inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the unique world of the House.
The Bar by Ruinart, a tasting room for the House?s wines, is available indoors or on the terrace bordering the wooded park. The pavilion also offers unique, eco-responsible gastronomic experiences, in perfect harmony with Ruinart?s emblematic cuvées, and houses a refrigerated cellar, housing the House?s emblematic cuvées.
