À propos
This museum retraces the evolution of bread-making through a multitude of objects and antique machines, with over 2,000 objects accumulating in a precise layout over 200 m2 of exhibition space.
"The idea is to show how bread is made, from wheat to the moment it is sold in a store. People can't imagine all that goes into making bread
The oldest object is a Neolithic grain stone. The latest acquisitions are two miller's suits from the turn of the century.
